The roster of this new company reads like a Who’s Who of ballet stars: all of them are—or were—principal dancers, icons in their respective countries, and muses to choreographers, garnering international admiration. And all are over the age of 40, some significantly older. WINNDance—an acronym for "When If Not Now"—was founded in the spring of 2026 by Marijn Rademaker and Slava Tutukin; much like the unforgettable Nederlands Dans Theater 3 (NDT 3), it places the subtle expressive power of older dancers center stage.
