Some things never get boring — especially when they are constantly transforming. Among these timeless joys is the symbiosis of ballet and fashion. Season after season — sometimes subtly hinted at, sometimes style-defining — this collaboration makes hearts beat faster. Sometimes we hear about fashion designers who create ballet costumes, sometimes about ballet dancers who become muses for international fashion designers. Currently trending is "balletcore" which draws on clichéd elements of classical ballet: delicate colors, leotards, leg warmers, and ballerina shoes.
