Kafka’s The Trial on the dance stage? It was a success in Hanover in 2015, where Mauro Bigonzetti transposed the universe of Josef K. to the opera house. The Czech National Ballet’s version of the literary adaptation can be viewed from 5 April at www.mezzo.tv.
Another stream for home viewing: Sharon Eyal released Into the Hairy in 2023, and now the XL format is available, created as a collaboration between her own company and the Nederlands Dans Theater in The Hague. On 17 and 18 April, 28 dancers will explore forms and movement patterns from flora and fauna in the digital realm.
