A nice line—but what about the reality of topics like body positivity, nutrition, physicality, and self-esteem? Banzhaf and internist Herbert Schuster, who has specialized in dance medicine and also cares for people who dance only occasionally, tell us about it.
 

Is body positivity even a trend anymore? What's currently blazing fast is the "skinny look" and "skinny tok," the return to the super-slim body.

Herbert Schuster: Indeed, that's a topic—much more common than I'd like. People who bring it to my practice are rather slim, not overweight, but have a false body image.
