I once read an article that proclaimed Britt Tajet-Foxell the founder of a revolution—a revolution of mind over body. After meeting this extraordinary woman, and hearing of the elite performers’ careers she transformed, I can certainly testify to the truth of this.
Britt became the Royal Ballet’s first resident Performance Psychologist over 20 years ago and she remains a full-time, key member of the company’s medical team. Her reputation has taken her far and she’s been scouted by the Norwegian and British Olympic Teams, Royal Opera House Orchestra musicians and the Norwegian National Ballet, to name a few.
