"Sphere: the sphere of activity in which someone or something moves." That's how the dictionary defines it. But what constitutes a choreographic sphere? This is the question the Bayerisches Staatsballett put to choreographers Sol León and Paul Lightfoot for the third part of their Sphären series. In response, the duo curated an evening with two of their own pieces and three by other choreographers for the Prinzregententheater: Their shared "sphere of influence" becomes visible, while at the same time, space remains for the individuality of the creations.
