What can a program booklet do? Who does it serve, and what role does it play outside of the theater? A program booklet can be part of the performance, but it doesn't have to be. It is a kind of framework that some people don't even notice. It is a book that, as gray literature, is rarely found in bookstores. And yet, it shapes the creation of a dance evening and reflects the institution, the time, the artistic signature. It is a product in which many forms of knowledge converge and dramaturgical activity becomes more manifest than anywhere else.
