At some point, you stop looking for Romeo and Juliet, the famous lovers from Shakespeare's most famous tragedy, lovers who weren't supposed to be lovers because their families were bloody enemies. You stop trying to recognize Romeo's friend Mercutio, Juliet's nurse, or her angry cousin Tybalt who is killed by Romeo. Finally, you let it go — some sooner, others maybe a little later. And what remains, if you simply let these names be characters from an old story, is pleasure and horror, astonishment and shock.
