Decentralized festivals are a tricky thing. On the one hand, there's less of a festival atmosphere when you're in a different city every day, but on the other hand, they reflect not only artistic but also geographical diversity. And both are of course impressive between Bonn and Münster, between Wuppertal and Krefeld — to be checked out from 8 to 18 May. Featuring, among others, Emanuele Soavi (The Day I Became a Cloud on 14 and 15 May at the Pina Bausch Zentrum in Wuppertal, as well as Chorus on 17 May at the Cologne Domforum) and CocoonDance (CHOREIA on 15 and 16 May at tanzhaus nrw in Düsseldorf). Also participating: Reut Shemesh, whose Esther (8 and 9 May at tanzhaus nrw, 10 May at Mülheim's Ringlokschuppen) was already shown in Hamburg and Munich.
