Some opportunities arrive at exactly the right moment in one’s journey; rare spaces where learning, reflection and the collective energy of a room feel catalytic. The Future Leaders Forum, hosted last November by Positioning Ballet and Dutch National Ballet, was precisely one of those opportunities. Held at Nationale Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam, the Forum gathered 35 emerging leaders from 14 countries for 3 days of rigorous conversation, deep listening and profound exchange. What emerged was not a manual for leadership, but a deeply human exploration of what it means to lead ballet into the future—thoughtfully, courageously and with a renewed sense of possibility.
